Free shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum.

Handling time is 1–3 business days, and transit time is 2–5 business days, for a total delivery time of 3–8 business days. Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York); orders placed after it begin processing the next business day. We ship Monday–Friday via USPS or UPS.

Free returns within 14 days of delivery — a prepaid USPS return label is included in every package, no restocking fee, and exchanges are accepted within the same 14 days. Returned books must be unread, unmarked, and in the condition received.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return, to the original payment method, in USD.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay on a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. You are charged in USD when you complete checkout, and you see your order number on the confirmation page. You can check your order status any time on the Track Order page. We never see or store your full card number.

Ideora does not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable use tax in their state.

Orders that have not yet been packed can usually be cancelled or changed. See our Cancellation Policy for the full process, or email us as soon as possible.

Ideora is a small, family-run online bookstore in the United States, started by a family with a lifelong passion for reading. The same family chooses every book, packs every order and answers every message.

We buy from established publishers, distributors, and reputable wholesale suppliers. We are not a publisher and we have no exclusive partnerships. Every title is reviewed before we add it to the catalog.
