How payment, security, currency, and tax are handled on every order.
This page explains how you pay for an order on Ideora, who processes that payment, what we can and cannot see, and how tax and currency are handled.

How payment works
When you click the "Pay" button at checkout, you are taken to a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. You are charged the total shown in USD when you complete payment, and your order number appears on the confirmation page. Your card statement will include IDEORA. We start processing your order once the payment is confirmed.
Security
The Site runs over HTTPS. We never ask you to send a full card number by email, and card details are entered on Stripe's secure page, not on this website.
Authorizations and declined payments
- If a payment fails, nothing is charged — you can simply try again.
- Unpaid orders are never shipped.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Sales tax
Ideora does not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable use tax in their state.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in USD.
Billing questions and unrecognized charges
Charges appear on your statement under our store name. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email contact@ideora.shop with the date and amount and we will identify it for you within one business day — please contact us before opening a dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
