Return & Refund Policy

You may return eligible new products within 14 calendar days of delivery. The window starts on the day the carrier marks your parcel as delivered. Returned books must be unread, unmarked, and in the condition you received them.

• Returns of new products, both defective and non-defective.
• Exchanges for a different title, within the same 14 calendar days.
• Exchanges: if the new title costs more, we charge only the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method. The exchanged book ships free.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — replaced or refunded in full.

Books that have been read, written in, or marked are no longer in the condition received and cannot be accepted. If you are unsure, email us first and we will tell you honestly before you send anything back.

Free returns within 14 days of delivery. A prepaid USPS return label is included in every package. No restocking fee. There is no return shipping cost.

1. Email contact@ideora.shop with your order number so we can track your return.
2. Pack the book securely.
3. Attach the prepaid label from your package and drop it off at USPS.
4. We refund within 14 days of receiving it and email you when done.

Lost the label? Email us and we send a replacement free of charge.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 14 days, to your original payment method, in USD. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit to your statement — that part is outside our control. We email you when the refund is issued.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders and the return label is free, so there is nothing to deduct: you receive the full amount you paid.

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. This matches our Shipping Policy.
