We resell brand-new books sourced from publishers, distributors, and wholesale suppliers; we are not a publisher. 357 Passage Drive, Fleming Island, FL 32003, United States is our mailing and returns address. It is not a retail store and is not open to visitors — Ideora operates online only.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when payment is confirmed; the order number shown after checkout is your record. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or suspected fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Prices are listed in USD and may change. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay, with no hidden fees added afterwards.

We list the exact edition we ship, identified by its ISBN. If you receive a different edition, contact us for a free replacement or full refund.

You may not use the Site to harm others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.

The Site name, logo, design, and copy are owned by Ideora. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Book covers, titles and trademarks remain the property of their respective publishers and authors.

Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (ET) by email and phone. We normally reply within one business day.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ideora's total liability arising from your use of the Site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
